The moment of truth has arrived, months of preparation have passed and now the conference begins. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Yoram Gordon, who took an immense challenge upon himself and met it. Yoram formulated and produced an international level  conference. He brought finest lecturers from abroad, and proved that cooperation between the best coaches in the country is possible. He invited people, who on ordinary days are considered to be his competition, to speak and present at the conference, today they are his partners.

We are here to bring you the words of the best coaches from Israel and abroad through this magazine. Each day we will publish the abstract of the lectures to the day. Thus, at the end of the three day conference, the CoachLetter will bring together an impressive collection of lectures.

This is also a day of celebration for us at Coaching Interactive (CI), the day we launch our service to the large group of coaches and coachees. From today on, it will be possible to coach and to train online with the finest coaches and using CI's best online tools. I invite you to take part in the demonstrations and lectures we hold and to sign up for our CoachLetter and Coaches Index services.

These last days of winter, herald the coming of spring. A time of blossoming for the coaching profession in Israel and it is my hope that this first international conference marks the way for many more fine coaching conferences to come in the years ahead.

We wish everyone an enjoyable and fruitful time.

Yours,

Doron Libshtein
